The Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative
(CAHMI) is a national collaboration committed to measuring
and improving the quality of health care for children
and adolescents. The CAHMI is committed to ensuring
that families, purchasers, policymakers and providers
have relevant and actionable information about health
care quality that can be used to help families make
better health care decisions to improve health care
quality and the health of children, adolescents and

reviews 500 studies and provides 40 charts and commentary
on the quality of care for children and adolescents
in a variety of areas such as preventive care, treatment

disparities still exist, and lack of attention to
effective prevention strategies.
