  • Child Health Tool Box , Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality , US , DHHS: Contains information, tools and resources for evaluating health care services and programs, including Medicaid, State Child Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP) quality for children. Detailed information on indicators for healthcare quality and performance .
  • Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative: The Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative (CAHMI) is a national collaboration committed to measuring and improving the quality of health care for children and adolescents. The CAHMI is committed to ensuring that families, purchasers, policymakers and providers have relevant and actionable information about health care quality that can be used to help families make better health care decisions to improve health care quality and the health of children, adolescents and families.   • Quality of Health Care for Children and Adolescents: A Chartbook. Sponsored by The Commonwealth Fund. A 2004 report from the University of North Carolina reviews 500 studies and provides 40 charts and commentary on the quality of care for children and adolescents in a variety of areas such as preventive care, treatment of chronic conditions, and medications. Report discusses where advances and improvements have been made, where disparities still exist, and lack of attention to effective prevention strategies.
